We know you have many options available to you when choosing a dentist in Grand Rapids, so we have made requesting an appointment a imple process via our website. Another option to set up an appointment would be to simply call our office and speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members. Appointments are usually available within a timely manner and we always make room for your emergencies.

Insurance and Billing

At this time we participate with Delta Dental and as a courtesy to our patients we will bill all other group dental insurance companies. We will also file a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company upon request. We also offer Care Credit, which is a company the patient may use to set up payment plans. We also accept Mastercard and Visa. In the rare event these options do not work for our patient we encourage they speak with the front office prior to treatment. Please note, we do not participate in any plans which are processed and paid for through the state of Michigan, such as Medicaid.

Driving Directions

From downtown Grand Rapids, get on I-196, and continue to I-96 E. Take exit 43B for 28 ^th St E. Use any lane to turn right onto M-11 E/28 ^th St SE. You will see our office on the right in about 1.7 miles. From Cascade, head northwest on Goodwood Dr SE, and continue onto Burger Dr SE. Turn left onto Thornapple River Dr SE, and then turn right onto Thornhills Ave SE. Turn right onto 28 ^th St SE, and you will see us on the right in one quarter mile.
